Purpose of the role:
The Territory Sales Manager will be the single point of contact for the EV dealers in the designated territory. The TSM is in charge of onboarding EV dealerships onto the ElectricPe platform as a “Preferred Dealer Partner”, allocating BTL activity slots in the RWAs in the given territory where ElectricPe is present, managing the BTL activity at the RWAs & drive sales from the leads generated during the activity
Skills Required :
Dealer management experience in the automobile sector
Channel sales experience in the automobile segment (billing, retail, stock, customer service)
Customer handling experience to deliver an exceptional experience to the customer
Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
Fluent (written and verbal) in English
Daily Data reporting is required hence Excel knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for onboarding EV dealers as ElectricPe’s “Preferred Dealer Partners” in the territory designated
All terms and conditions between ElectricPe & Dealership are to be followed at all times
Manage a team of Field Sales Executives to build, maintain and drive the relationship between the RWAs & ElectricPe in the designated territory
Plan the dates of activities in RWAs in line with the sales target for the month
Train the Fos on the sales pitch and ensure the targets are met for the month
Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales on both dealer and Fos front
Post-sales customer grievances related to vehicles are to be resolved on the highest priority with the dealer
