We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. Develop and manage the Sales network for an area
Research colleges, universities, and companies to develop leads
Understand sales plan and prepare sales targets for each territory of an area
Coach and motivate the sales team
Ensure efficient working sales team
Achieve area sales targets
Ensuring the processes and reporting are followed efficiently.
Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.
Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
Recruiting and dismissing sales executives as needed
EDUCATION:
., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience.
COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 10 years sales experience required.
