We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. The key idea is to identify problems, find solutions, and get them executed.

Develop and manage the Sales network for an area

Research colleges, universities, and companies to develop leads

Understand sales plan and prepare sales targets for each territory of an area

Coach and motivate the sales team

Ensure efficient working sales team

Achieve area sales targets

Ensuring the processes and reporting are followed efficiently.

Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives.

Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.

Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.

Recruiting and dismissing sales executives as needed

EDUCATION:

., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience.

COMPETENCIES:

Minimum of 10 years sales experience required.

Results-oriented, tenacious, self-starter who strategically plans for success

Demonstrates impeccable sales acumen with passion and drive for success

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)

Effective team player with ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Excellent planning, investigative, analytical, and reporting skills
