Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Vasai Timber Industries Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will assist the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.

Lead and mentor a team of sales-driven professionals to meet and exceed business targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a strong network and expand market presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field.

0-5 years of experience in sales (freshers are welcome to apply).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team player.

Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English.
