Job Description

JD :-

Purpose of the job :-

To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned territory in terms of revenue and cost and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that geography.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Achieve the assigned target in terms of revenue

2. Ensure appropriate spend management/ZBS assigned to the territory.

3. Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective

4. Implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics.

5. Conduct out of office calls as per need of the team.

6. Maintain appropriate resources as per channel partner agreement.

7. Execution of the sales strategy by the use of robust MIS ensuring successful management.

8. Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process.

9. Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams and channel partner for continuous business delivery and business development.

10. Manage Sales orientation of the team right upto FLS/Co-ex levels

11. Interact regularly with the channels partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.

12. Communicating and agreeing appropriate expectations with the channel partners at the local level.

13. Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.

14. Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.

15. Communicate organizational agenda effectively with the channel partner

16. Interact regularly with the channels partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.

17. Communicating and agreeing appropriate expectations with the channel partners at the local level.

18. Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters.

19. Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.

20. Communicate organizational agenda effectively with the channel partner
