• Pitch both HireMee CSR and PRO solutions.
• Product presentation
• Gather the client’s requirement along with JD.
• Create a Daily Call Report (DCR) along with filling CRM on daily basis.
• Create projection sheet managing the complete pipeline of potential clients.
• Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
• Handle defined set of accounts and area from which you need to close new business consistently and continuously look for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information.
• In case weekly numbers are not met, Saturday needs to us utilized to catch up with the targets.
