We are looking for a process driven Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area.

Responsibilities
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Responsible to co-ordinate Territory members overall Business also
Able to handle Team size of +30 members
Perform the closure of project on a timely Basis
Works toward the successful completion of goals and target
Aggressive selling tactics
Reliance on short-term plans with considering future relationship with clients
Almost or total reliance on promotional activity for sale of products or services
Collect Referral from Customers after Point of sale
Analyze data to find the most efficient business methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover business opportunities through consumer research
Present products and services to prospective customers
Participate in industry or promotional events (. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Monitor competition within assigned region
Prepare and submit reports to the Director
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Territory Manager
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Proficient in MS Office;
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude
