Job Description

Territory Head - Virtual Channel to manage and lead a Level 2 team in the virtual sales space. The Territory Head will be responsible for overseeing virtual sales operations, leading the team to drive revenue growth, ensuring effective client acquisition and retention, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance virtual channel performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and manage a team of Virtual Channel Sales Managers and executives in achieving set targets.

Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance.

Set clear expectations, monitor team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement a sales strategy for the virtual channel across the territory to maximize revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.

Oversee the virtual sales process, ensuring smooth customer interactions and optimal conversion rates.

Drive adoption of virtual banking products and services, focusing on corporate clients, digital banking solutions, and other innovative financial products.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Provide high-level support for escalated client concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell HDFC Bank's financial products and services to corporate clients.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Ensure that all team members achieve their individual sales targets, while contributing to the overall performance of the virtual channel.

Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs), such as sales targets, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.

Continuously assess the effectiveness of virtual channel initiatives and implement improvements where necessary.
