Job Summary

The Tender Manager leads the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender proposals to secure new business opportunities, ensuring all requirements are met and risks are assessed.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end tender processes, from review to submission.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal) for accurate input.

- Develop pricing strategies and competitive financial models.

- Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance with bid requirements.

- Negotiate contract terms to align with company objectives.

- Analyze market and competitor data to improve win rates.

- Continuously improve tender processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor��s degree.

- 1-2 years in tender management, bid management, or contracts.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
