Tendering Engineer / Tendering Specialist

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. Preferably electrical and mechanical background

Knowledge in GEM, E-procurement, IREPS portals on identifying tenders, uploading catalogue, submission of tenders etc.,

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary information and documentation for tender preparation.

Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and specifications.

Develop pricing strategies and proposals that maximize the company's competitiveness while maintaining

profitability.

Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other teams to address tender-related queries and requirements.

Manage tender submission timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.

Participate in negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to secure favourable terms and conditions.

Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and relevant information for future reference and analysis.

Perform cost comparisons on quotes, identify critical aspects of execution and price fixing.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact tendering processes.
