Job Description

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls mails & regularly visits at respective locations.

Responsible for Bringing in New Business for the Company through a Variety of Sales Techniques for Revenue Generation.

Responsible for Business Development function in Govt sectors

Identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and promote the entire range of products & services offering.

Working with customers to identifying the pain areas, improve delivery performance & improve service levels.

Introduction of new products & handling to grab new opportunities in upcoming projects.

Maximum customer satisfaction matrices by providing presales & post sales assistance.

Regular tracking of upcoming relevant tenders on web portal & other relevant sources.

Preparing and finalizing online/ offline tenders by creating bids in designated bid system.

Liasoning with customer to check the progress of existing tenders, orders & contract.
