Job Description
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via calls mails & regularly visits at respective locations.
• Responsible for Bringing in New Business for the Company through a Variety of Sales Techniques for Revenue Generation.
• Responsible for Business Development function in Govt sectors
• Identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and promote the entire range of products & services offering.
• Working with customers to identifying the pain areas, improve delivery performance & improve service levels.
• Introduction of new products & handling to grab new opportunities in upcoming projects.
• Maximum customer satisfaction matrices by providing presales & post sales assistance.
• Regular tracking of upcoming relevant tenders on web portal & other relevant sources.
• Preparing and finalizing online/ offline tenders by creating bids in designated bid system.
• Liasoning with customer to check the progress of existing tenders, orders & contract.
