Tender Management: The primary responsibility of a Tender Executive is to manage the entire tender process, from identifying tenders to preparing bids and submitting them on time.

Bid Preparation: A Tender Executive must prepare and review tender documents, such as request for proposals (RFPs) and invitation to tenders (ITTs), to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Vendor Management: A Tender Executive must also identify and manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that the organization can deliver on its commitments.

Contract Negotiation: A Tender Executive is responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
