Tender Assistant Manager’s primary responsibility will be to search, identify, analyse and propose tenders from relevant department. Assisting in developing the bid strategy and winning tender are additional major accountabilities. The primary outputs for this position will be to participate and win tender. In addition you are accountable for proposals at all stages, from budgetary to high-level bidding documents. Tender Assistant Manager will work closely with our purchase and engineering teams, as well as to collect the necessary information for the project plan which would include accurate pricing and as well as project deliverables for each project, application and site. Tender Assistant Manager is a member of the project team and is accountable for achieving our sales goals. In addition; the Tender Assistant Manager has accountabilities for the execution of the customer delivery workflow with our team. This position is accountable to coordinate all necessary resources to assist in the winning of projects that feed the requirements for the execution of that project through the rest of the company, resulting in total customer satisfaction and profit for the company.
