job Overview: as the Tender Executive, You Will Be Responsible for the End-to-end Tendering Process. You Will Be Responsible for Ensuring that all Tender Submissions are Complete, Accurate, and Compliant with all Relevant Regulations and Guidelines. You Will Work Closely with the Technical and Commercial Teams to Prepare and Submit Competitive Bids and Proposals.

responsibilities:

manage the Tendering Process, Including the Preparation of Tender Documents, Bid Submissions, and Contract Negotiations

develop and Maintain Relationships with Key Stakeholders, Including Government Agencies, Contractors, and Suppliers

coordinate with the Technical and Commercial Teams to Ensure that all Bids and Proposals Meet the Requirements of the Clients

review and Analyze Bid Specifications, Contracts, and other Documents to Identify Requirements and Risks

ensure that all Tender Submissions are Complete, Accurate, and Compliant with all Relevant Regulations and Guidelines

prepare and Deliver Presentations to Clients and Stakeholders

monitor and Track Tender Progress and Ensure that all Deadlines are Met

conduct Market Research to Identify New Business Opportunities

maintain a Database of Contracts, Tenders, and Related Documents

support the Development of Bid and Proposal Strategies

participate in Post-tender Debriefings and Evaluations

requirements:

bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a Related Field

at Least 3 Years of Experience in Tendering for Government Infrastructure Projects

strong Knowledge of Tendering Regulations and Guidelines

excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation Skills

strong Analytical and Problem-solving Skills

ability to Manage Multiple Priorities and Meet Deadlines

strong Attention to Detail And
