The Shri Rudram Technocrats Pvt Ltd is hiring candidates for Tender Executive job in Noida with an experience of 5 year(s).

Candidate would be responsible for Analyzing and searching Government Company Tenders/Expression of Interest. Keeping Tap on domestic Tenders by going through websites & other media. Also keep a track of related tenders. Successfully prepared, reviewed and submitted tenders for various government agencies. Attending pre bid meetings for understanding client requirements, seeking clarifications & proposing better alternatives and post bid meetings for offline tenders. Reviewing Tender documents for accuracy, completeness, timely submission and responsible for post correspondences, documents preparation and PBG submission after award of contract.

Any Graduate.

Working Location: - Noida

Responsibilities: -

• E-tendering/Bidding of Govt Department (CPWD, Railways, Paramilitary Force, Army and other Govt. Department).

• Download tender documents from different websites of Govt Department (E-Procurement and E- Tender other Govt. Department).

• Download & read all the tender documents.

• Have to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for financial bid of the Tender.

• Have to check pre-qualification of tender.

• To raise the queries to client during the time frame if necessary.

• Prepare tender documents like BID FORM, EMD, BANK SECURITY etc for technical bid.

• Negotiation with the vendor for competitive price.

• Reporting of incoming & outgoing email to the client as well as vendors

• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
