We are looking for Tender Executive for an Industrial tools Manufacturing company at Barabazar, Kolkata

Post : Tender Executive

Location : Barabazar, Kolkata

Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience required in Tendering

Skills and Qualifications :

Should be comfortable enough using different Govt. & public tendering portal like E-procurement Portal.

Should have strong convincing ability & communication skill.

Ability to work effectively with external agencies and internal teams

Responsibilities and Duties :

Searching Government & Private E-Tenders.

Prepare all the documents related to the tender

Online registration on the various portals for tender, Online payment , uploading the documents online & final submission.

To track & update our day to day communication , corrigendum, notices, regarding tenders.

Preparation of Check Sheet

Tender Preparation & dispatch / submission (online & offline) as per schedule

Updating Credential File on real time

Arranging other documents wherever necessary
