Job Profile

• Sourcing of tenders from different websites, newspapers, magazines, mails, etc.

• Follow up Tender Registration handle tenders published on GEM Portal.

• Prepare documents for e-Tendering, Studying tender documents, criteria, the scope of work, Floating RFQ to various vendors, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements.

• Prepare BOQ with coordination to other departments and submit tender before the due date and time.

Added Advantage: Basic knowledge of Internet Lease Line/Wifi/Data Centre products/managed services products and solution on cloud and hosting.
