Job Responsibility :

Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

• Having Good Knowledge of GEM / E- Procurement and Other Tender Portals.

• Tender/GEM Bid Searching and Filling

• Bid Preparation- Technical Bid & Price Bid

• E-Tendering / Reverse Auctions/ Live Auctions

• Should have proper knowledge of Direct Purchasing , Golden parameters , PAC bids.

• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid

• Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders

• Coordinate with the respective dept., for document procurement in process of tenders

• Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis

• MIS Reports for preparation on regular basis regarding participated bids including EMD Details

• Tracking status of Tenders/Bids offers

• Follow up with Vendors/OEMs/Departments/Clients for bids/tenders

• Preparing competitive bidders comparison sheet

• Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients

• Should quote the bid as per the compliance of the bid/tender.
