Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive with up-to-date knowledge about tenders hunting, analysis, and submission.

Role and Responsibilities

· Identify and Evaluate tenders for potential application by the company post thorough scanning. Handling or working on E-procurement & E-Tender Portal.

· Online registration on various portals for tender.

· Searching for the right tender, RFP, or Bid from different tender portals.

· Preparing & uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender or bid including BOQ.

· Monitor the tender application and filing in order to ensure it is submitted duly along with all required formalities.

· Should also be willing and able to liaison with government officials to follow up on potential tenders.

· Coordinate within teams to review tenders and their respective deadlines/requirements.

· Attend Pre-Tender meetings on behalf of the company, wherever necessary, and make official representations.

· Expertise study of contractual conditions, and project cost analysis.
