Tender Executive is responsible for managing the tendering process, ensuring compliance, maximizing the chances of winning bids, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Should have good communication skill, strong writing skills.

• Support the sales team to generate business through tenders all over India.

• Search the various tenders related to our product in e-Procurement portal and GeM portal.

• Good work experience of Online and Offline tendering processes

• Work on technical specifications & deviation sheet.

• Prepare the technical datasheet as per the requirement of the tenders.

• Technical documentation, commercial documentation, and uploading Tender.

• GeM (Government e-Marketplace), product listing, helps the dealer through OEM panel & reseller panel. Bid participation in Bid/RA, Services Bids, Custom Bids, and BOQ Bids.

• Follow-ups with governing authorities on tender status, EMD, query submission, etc…

Qualifications

• Education: / BE , BSc / , Any Graduate / Technical Graduate

• 5 - 8 years of experience in tender business, any industry
