Continuously monitor various platforms and sources (government portals, private tenders, industry websites, etc.) for relevant solar project tenders.

Identify and shortlist suitable tenders that align with the companys expertise and capabilities.

Maintain an updated database of potential tenders and their deadlines.

Thoroughly read and analyze the tender documents, including technical, commercial, and legal requirements.

Identify key tender conditions, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.

Prepare detailed reports on the scope, deliverables, and requirements of each er and prepare all necessary documents for tender submission, including technical and financial proposals, company certifications, project experience, and compliance documents.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure the submission documents are comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with the tender requirements.

Ensure that all tender submissions are made within re that all bid responses meet the compliance requirements of the tender.

Prepare internal reports summarizing the status of ongoing tenders and provide timely updates to the management team.

Track the progress of tender submissions and follow up with clients as necessary
