**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a **Tendering Specialist**. The Tendering Specialist will manage the end-to-end tendering process, focusing on bids for GeM tenders and other online platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. They will be responsible for the submission, follow-up, and documentation of tenders and bids, ensuring alignment with the companys goals and client requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify, analyze, and participate in relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other bidding platforms (., Upwork, Fiverr).
- Prepare, submit, and manage tender documents and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop competitive bids.
- Monitor bid progress and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle queries and communications related to government tenders and contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through online bidding platforms.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and deadlines are consistently met.
**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with tendering processes, especially on the GeM portal, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with freelance bidding platforms like Upwork and Fiverr is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in IT services, software solutions, or related industries will be an advantage.
