Job Title: GEM Tender Executive Computer Hardware Sector

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented GeM Tender Executive to join our team in the computer hardware sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire tender process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and contributing to the growth of the business through government contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GEM platform related to computer hardware products.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and product information.

Prepare and submit tender bids as per GEM guidelines and timelines.

Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, documentation, and technical specifications.

Track tender status and maintain records of all tender documents and communications.

Liaise with government officials and clients regarding tender clarifications and follow-ups.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEM policies and procurement processes.

Coordinating with Brand OEMs like Acer, Dell, HP etc. for Support on the Floated cases on GeM Portal

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in handling GEM tenders, particularly in the computer hardware sector.

Proficient in GEM portal operations, documentation, and tender submission.

Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Cold Calling Customer to get Proactive Bids and alignment of same with OEM

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in any field, preferably related to IT or business.

Prior experience (minimum 2 year) in GeM tendering for computer hardware products is preferred.
