Female Requirement The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of tender submissions across multiple platforms including GEM Portal, IREPS, and E-Proc2. This position requires knowledge of various tendering platforms and a solid understanding of the tender bidding process, and proficiency in Hindi typing for effective communication.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Tender Management:*
* Monitor and identify suitable tenders on various platforms, including GEM Portal, IREPS, E-Proc2, and Offline tenders.
* Analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and prepare comprehensive responses.
* Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
*2. Preparation of Tender Documents:*
* Prepare and review technical, financial, and compliance documents required for tender submissions.
* Ensure all required forms, certificates, and supporting documents are collected and submitted in accordance with tender specifications.
* Prepare and organize bids ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely submission.
3. *Online Tender Bidding (GEM, IREPS, E-Proc2):*
* Facilitate online tender submissions through various government portals like GEM, IREPS, and E-Proc2.
