Tender Executive is tasked with creating and implementing growth strategies, identifying market trends, and establishing relationships with potential clients and partners. They play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market reach and driving revenue growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Funnel Development

Strategically develop and manage the sales funnel to ensure a steady flow of prospects through the pipeline.

Implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base.

New Client Development:

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.

Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of prospective clients.

Bid Submission:

Oversee the timely and accurate submission of bids, proposals, and quotations in response to client requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and company capabilities.

Fill Tenders / RFQs / Direct Requirements independently to ensure targets are achieved.

Sourcing relevant profiles from the Job Search Portal to prepare an estimated salary budget.

Thoroughly studying SOW and JD from Tender document and intimating Recruitment Team for getting a competitive salary budget.

Negotiation Skills:

Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Utilize market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and enhance competitive positioning.

Business & Financial Acumen:

Understand the financial aspects of sales operations, including pricing strategies, cost management, and revenue projections.

Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource allocation and maximize profitability.
