 Candidate must have experience in Government E-Market Place and should be able to

update product catalogue on GEM

 Searching new tenders online and through Defense Procurement, GEM & other portals as

per company product portfolio.

 Registration on relevant government/non-gov. tender portals

 Preparing and submitting the bid documents, online using DSC and offline submission as

per tender requirements.

 Basic knowledge of regulatory and legal documents regarding tender documents.

 Monitoring the timelines for submission of tender, technical queries, and commercial queries

in coordination with concerned people in the organization

 Reviewing the pre-qualification/short-listing process of tenders

 Maintaining tender details and status for ongoing tenders
