Tender Executive (Female)

Job Responsibilities:-

Search the suitable tender from the list provided by Third party portal (Subscribed),

Check feasibility of tenders (Manpower),

Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation,

Developing plans for streamlining tender processes,

Follow up of the bidding process,

Search and hire the right candidate to fulfill tenders,

Attending calls and replying emails.

Education :- Any Graduate (preferably Commerce).

Skills:-

Good working knowledge of Ms-Windows, Ms-Word, Ms-Excel and search engines,

Well versed with tendering process,

Working Knowledge of GeM, e-Procurement and similar tender sites,

theoretical knowledge of Computer Software/Hardware is advantageous,

Good knowledge of Hindi and English (read and write),

Good communication skills.
