• Achievements of Annual Sales and Orders booking targets assigned by Management.
Processes
• Maintaining the proper implementation of ERP system by updating the Offers and effective use of the same.
• To liaison with design department for changes in design to meet market price levels.
Customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding the submission of Offers. Coordinating Customer with Technical and Commercial Support.
• Regular visit with Customer to ensure long term business relations and update about market situation.
• Customer satisfaction indices including timely response of Tender queries (Commercial/Technical), frequent visit for Business relation building.
• Collecting information on customer budgets and future projects in pipline.
• To work with consultants on prescription of specification during FEED stage.
• Collecting information on competitor technical and commercial information.
Personnel
• To effectively participate in training and appraisals
• To follow HSE rules as followed by company and clients.
