As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads, selling products or services, or gathering information. You will interact with customers over the phone, answer their queries, and persuade them to take a desired action. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be the main point of contact between the company and its customers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role/ Fresher Also Apply

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.

Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales goals.
