• Receiving all incoming calls and keeping up a proper database.

• Making follow-up calls to create walk-in as required by company target sheet. Also, ABDM must make follow up calls to all the leads or calls on daily basis as provided by reception desk.

• Setting up an appointment of the client with the consultant and maintaining database on daily appointments.

• Handling clients queries and generate business with clients via calls or emails.
