Job Objective:
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
To sustain the process standards by imbibing continuous improvement culture
Primary responsibility:
Key activities
1. To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.
2. To maintain transparency with clients by updating them on company policies.
3. Regular follow up on allocations & references.
4. Regular feedback to the marketing on the received allocations.
5. Handle In-bound and out bound calls
6. Understand client's requirement and provide project details
7. Convincing clients about the project and fix site visits
8. Ad posting in various property portals
9. Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources
10. Convert enquiries to leads
11. Achieve site visit target
12. Use company guidelines appropriately
13. Update site visits, through ERP software
14. Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts department for the payments
15. Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable).
