Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching real estate projects, and generating leads. This role is crucial in building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Call prospective customers from the provided database to inform them about PropConsults real estate services and projects.

Qualify leads based on customer preferences and budget.

Customer Engagement:

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer requirements.

Address inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and services.

Follow-Up Management:

Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who show interest.

Ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.

Database Management:

Record customer information, call outcomes, and next steps in a CRM system or spreadsheet.

Keep the database updated with accurate and complete information.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.

Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless lead conversion process.

Reporting:

Submit daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

Provide feedback on customer responses and common queries.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
