Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Telecallers to join our outbound calling team for Vodafone Idea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting Vodafone Idea��s products, services, and offers, and ensuring that customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential Vodafone Idea customers.

Promote various Vodafone Idea products, services, and offers to customers.

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about new plans and features.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by generating interest and converting leads into sales.

Upsell and cross-sell Vodafone Idea products based on customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.

Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns in a professional manner

Follow up on leads and manage customer relationships effectively.

Maintain a positive and energetic approach in all customer communications.
