Job Title: Telecaller (Sales)

Location: Sector 29D, Chandigarh.

Salary: INR 15,000 - 25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Whether you have sales experience or are a fresher looking to start your career in sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services using scripts

- Answer questions about products or the company

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation

- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, lead generation.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or relevant field is a plus
