Job Description

- Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound calls to respond to customer inquiries regarding services offered (cooking, child care, housekeeping, etc.), ensuring that customers receive accurate information.

- Service Promotion: Promote and explain various domestic services to potential customers, providing details on pricing, packages, and special offers.

- Booking and Scheduling: Assist customers in booking services, scheduling appointments, and confirming bookings, while ensuring the availability of service providers (., caregivers, chefs, housekeepers).

- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide quick solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, service requests, and bookings in the companys database.

- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement.

- Updating Customers: Inform customers about any changes to scheduled services, delays, or cancellations, ensuring clear communication at all times.

- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets by converting leads into successful bookings and upselling additional services where appropriate.

- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and enhance client retention.

- Promote Safety and Hygiene Standards: Ensure customers are informed about the safety, hygiene, and qualifications of the service providers, building trust and ensuring reliability in services like child care and cooking.

- Collaboration with Field Staff: Work closely with the domestic service providers to ensure customer requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
