Job Description

1. Contact potential students through inbound or outbound calls to promote educational courses offered by the company.

2. Identify and qualify leads by understanding the potential students educational background, goals, and interests.

3. Build and maintain a database of prospective students, ensuring accurate contact information is recorded and updated in the CRM system.

4. Understand the details of the companys courses, including curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits, in order to provide accurate information to prospective students.

5. Explain course offerings clearly and persuasively, addressing any concerns or questions potential students may have about the programs.

6. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that students receive timely and helpful responses to all inquiries.

7. Follow up on previous calls to ensure that interested students are moving through the decision-making process and assist them in their course enrollment.

8. Log all interactions with prospective students into the companys CRM or telecalling software, tracking the outcome of each call (., inquiry, follow-up, enrolled).

9. Assess student eligibility for various courses and provide guidance on the application process.

10. Assist students in completing the enrollment process, ensuring that they understand all required documentation, fees, and procedures.

11. Identify and address objections or concerns raised by prospective students, such as course fees, program duration, or time commitment.

12. Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers, discounts, or upcoming course sessions to increase enrollments.

13. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and provide any relevant information on student interests or concerns.

14. Stay updated on the companys courses and changes in curriculum, fees, and policies to ensure you always provide the latest information.
