Job Summary:
DIGIDIVINE is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various online channels. This position offers the flexibility of working from home with full support from our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity.
2. Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure all customer interactions meet our high standards of service excellence.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
7. Feedback: Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer support processes based on customer feedback and inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Comfortable using technology and online communication tools.
