Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or generate leads.
2. Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companys products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
4. Follow-ups: Maintain a record of calls and ensure timely follow-ups with potential leads.
5. Sales Conversion: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
6. Data Management: Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (., CRM tools).
Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
