Key Responsibilities:
Install televisions for customers in their homes or businesses, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to television performance, including picture quality, sound, and connectivity problems.
Perform repairs on televisions, including replacing faulty components, soldering, and other necessary procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and explaining technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on televisions to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Stay up-to-date with the latest television technology and trends, including smart TVs, LED, OLED, and other display technologies.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing installations and repairs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in television installation, servicing, and repair is an advantage. Freshers can also apply.
Strong knowledge of television technology, including hardware, software, and connectivity.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and own transportation is an advantage.
