Job Description -
Your responsibilities include generating leads for the client’s sales team, outbound calling to client’s existing customer base and cold calling new businesses introducing them to the Client’s suite of products and making appointments for the Client’s Inside Sales team to demonstrate the client’s products. Progression is key for our client and they want to get you moving up into both inside Sales and team leader roles.
Skills and attributes
To be successful in this role
1. You will be provided lists of local Trikon and Non-Trikon customers to call and identify sales opportunities and book appointments for Sales Representatives
2. MUST have recent experience in an outbound calling role preferably in Telecom/Technology sector
3. a highly effective, organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills
4. Must have excellent presentation skills
5. proven track record in Tele-appointing performance
6. You must have ability to build rapport with the customers and team
7. Ideally you will have a sound knowledge of business telco and technology products however this is not essential
