Job Description:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers in India.

Having excellent communication in ENGLISH & HINDI Language.

Build relationships with customers and develop a strong understanding of their needs.

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.

Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of the BPO industry and its services

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Good time management skills to balance sales calls and administrative tasks.
