Job Description

Identifying new Opportunities

* Supporting Sales & Development department

* Escalating any complaints

* Updating Database

* Manage large amount of incoming calls

* Generate Sales Leads

* Identify and assess customer needs to satisfaction

* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media

* Escalating Issues to the Senior Sales Department if remain unresolved for more than 2 to 3 weeks

Working According to the TAT of the Call Time
