Telesales Representative Requirements:

Minimum graduate. Only females need to apply.

Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling in the banking or insurance sector.

Vacancy for a telecaller for calling for multiple banks/banking companies to generate leads for investment plans.

Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Creative thinking skills.

The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Good sales ability and knowledge of Tele-Sales.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Enthusiastic tele callers to boost sales by reaching out to existing potential clients. To be successful as a tele caller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

Generating leads by telecalling (cold calling).

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listen to & Identify the customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible to generate repeat sales.

Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Maintains database by entering & verifying data.

Appointment booking of leads.

Convincing clients & getting clients on board.

Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

Answering customers' questions about the products.

Regular follow-ups.

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.

Meeting sales quotas. Incentives will also be rewarded per sale.

Training & data will be provided.

Working hours: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
