Responsibilities
• Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches
• Arrange meetings over the phone entirely.
• Contacting International clients over the phone and offering company services
• Schedule meetings for the sales team based in Australia.
• Taking and processing client details in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the database of the customers on regular basis.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
• Respond to customer queries and handle complaints in a professional manner.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform under stress with patience.
Requirements:
• Experience - International projects/clients handling/ BPO, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department
• Team player, Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Passionate and Results-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, under stress and pressure.
