Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase our products or services. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers and identifying their needs.

Explaining the benefits and features of our products or services.

Persuading customers to make a purchase and achieving sales targets.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

Ability to persuade and influence customers.

Strong customer service skills.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent.
