We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting our products and closing sales. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote products and generate sales.
Qualify new leads and gather information.
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor product offerings accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call logs, and sales tracking in CRM software.
Follow up with prospects and leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a sales environment).
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
