Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services.
2. Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and preferences related to interior
design.
3. Provide information about our company, services, and previous projects to potential clients.
4. Persuade prospects to schedule appointments with our interior design consultants.
5. Follow up with leads via phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and encourage conversion.
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanour.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
6. Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is a plus.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
