Job Overview:

Primark Global, a leading distributor of hospital equipment across India, is seeking a motivated

Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients,

introducing them to our products and services, and arranging appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Primark Global's products and services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.

Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients.

Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the database.

Respond to inquiries and address client concerns professionally.

Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or a related field.

Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
