Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to promote and sell our products/services.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
