We are seeking dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representatives with experience in energy

campaigns or Australian outbound calling to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in International Sales, specifically in energy products or services, and be comfortable making outbound calls to Australian consumers. Your role will be to engage potential customers, explain our energy offerings, and convert leads into sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to Australian residential and business customers to promote and sell energy products and services.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with prospects, provide information on energy solutions, and identify customer needs to tailor offers and solutions.

Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch offers, overcome objections, and close sales in a professional and timely manner.

Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and update the CRM system to track progress, interactions, and sales.

Lead Generation: Qualify inbound leads and follow up on existing leads to drive new business opportunities.

Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs related to calls made, sales closed, and customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies, ensuring all sales practices are ethical and transparent.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

o Minimum of 12 years of experience in telesales or outbound calling, preferably in energy campaigns or services.

o Experience with the Australian market or familiarity with Australian consumer behavior is highly preferred.

Shift Timings:- 5:30Am-2:30Pm
