Role: TELESALES OFFICER
Role Definition
The TeleSales officer shall be responsible for processing all incoming leads and generating leads, educate the client about the loan process, and coordinating till disbursement.
Responsibility
Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar.

3. Enthusiastic to Learn. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
4. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
5. Minimum 6month to 02 years of relevant experience.
6. should have excellent communication skills
7. Immediate joiners preferred.
8. Key role as tele Marketing, Sales Promotion, Sales Lead Generation, Sales Management skills, Excellent customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
Tasks & Activities
1. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads.
2. Brief about the product and features of Secured & Unsecured Loans.
3. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
4. Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers through personal contact or via telephone etc.
5. Ability to drive “sales targets” of multiple loan products – PL, BL, HL, LAP, etc.
6. Follow all leads which you generate by calling.
7. Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback from time to time on various market-related activities.
8. Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers.
Information flow to the internal and external customers.
Attending the clients immediately as soon as leads are generated through digital marketing, create one-page note and assign it to the team/ update in the CRM
Data Management
Adding and updating real-time all records in various trackers/ Excel sheets used to keep data of enrolments, queries, and schedules.
Daily report & MIS
No of the leads attended with detailed reporting to the manager.
Learning Management System
Ensure all Activities are uploaded on LMS category-wise.
